Felony Robbery Arrest

On Sunday, December 1, 2013 the Auburn Police Division
arrested Jarelle D. Gray, age 21 from Auburn, Alabama on a felony warrant
charging him with Robbery First Degree.
The arrest was the result of an investigation of a police report made
the same day in which the victim stated that at approximately 1:10 a.m. he was
robbed by two unknown individuals while in the 100 Block of Wright Street. The suspects took the victim’s wallet, credit
card and cell phone, valued at $220.00 and fled on foot. The victim was not injured.
An investigation into the incident was initiated by the
Auburn Police Division, during the course of the investigation Gray was
developed as a suspect. Officers later
located Gray at a residence in the 400 block of Webster Road in Auburn. All property belonging to the victim was recovered.
Gray was transported to the Lee County Jail where his bond
was set at $100,000. The investigation
is ongoing and additional arrests are pending.
