Robbery Arrest

On Monday, November 25, 2013 the Auburn Police Division arrested Autumn R. Macon-Scaff, age 20 from Auburn, Alabama on a felony warrant for Robbery First Degree.  The arrest was the result of an investigation of a police report dated Sunday, November 24, 2013.  At approximately 9:00 p.m. officers responded to a call in the 200 Block of W. Longleaf Drive.  The victims told police that they were robbed at gun point by three individuals, who stole an Apple I-Phone valued at $250.00 and two hundred dollars in U.S. Currency, while they were visiting a residence in the area.  The suspects fled the scene on foot with the property and no one was seriously injured.


Macon-Scaff was developed as a suspect during the course of the investigation by detectives.   She was arrested by officers on the scene on an unrelated charge and taken into custody.  She was later arrested on the felony robbery warrant, while still in custody at the Lee County Jail and her bond was set at $100,000. 


The case is ongoing and additional arrests are expected.
