Auburn Police Raise Money for Special Olympics
July 10, 2012
Auburn Police Division officers recently completed the annual “Cops on Top” fund raising event to benefit the Alabama Special Olympics. This year the Auburn Police Division raised a total of $22,268 which well surpassed last year’s amount of $14,300 and was the second highest amount raised by any other law enforcement agency in the state. The Auburn Police Division wishes to thank Kroger for allowing their store to be used for the fund raiser. A special thanks to the many people who donated and made this year’s event a success.
