Rachel Herring on Capitol Hill

Rachel Herring, a rising junior at Opelika High School, is currently serving in Washington, D.C. as a Congressional Page. Herring visited with 3rd District Congressman Mike Rogers this monthin his D.C. office in between her official duties.
